Kairos Risk Solutions, a Singapore-based boutique insurance solutions consultancy, has announced the appointment of Stephen Lee to the position of Managing Director, Banking Solutions.
With Lee’s extensive experience in banking, this strategic move aims to bolster Kairos’ Banking Solutions sector and enhance its ability to meet client needs efficiently.
Jeffrey Khoo, CEO of Kairos, expresses his enthusiasm for Lee’s appointment, stating, “We are honoured to have such a well-known figure in the banking industry join our team.”

Lee brings over three decades of banking experience to his new role, having held various senior executive positions encompassing Banking, Structured Products, Credit Risk, Risk Management, and Trade Finance.
Before joining Kairos, Lee served as Senior Advisor and Head of Global Trade Product Management at DBS Bank.
