Specialist global insurer Hiscox has appointed Leigh Hellrung as Chief Operating Officer in the US.
Hellrung holds over 20 years of industry experience having most recently served in customer experience, service delivery and strategic operations leadership roles with Farmers Insurance and Zurich Financial Services.
Before that, she reportedly led enterprise-wide technology transformations in billing, payment, and customer experience domains.
In the new role at Hiscox, Hellrung will lead all aspects of US operations across service delivery, strategy, transformation, data, and process excellence.
She will additionally serve on the Hiscox US Leadership Team, reporting to Kevin Kerridge, CEO of Hiscox USA, who commented, “Leigh has earned a well-deserved reputation as an inclusive, transformational leader, with a glittering track record of creating best-in-class customer experiences.
