Chubb promotes Scheffler to COO for PRS and Graham Mid-Atlantic Region Executive Officer

Global insurer Chubb has announced the promotion of two insurance industry veterans, Melissa Scheffler and Bryce Graham, to new roles in North America, both effective April 29, 2024.

ChubbScheffler, who currently serves as Regional Executive Officer for the Mid-Atlantic region, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Personal Risk Services (PRS).

In her new role, she will be responsible for the execution of the business’s growth and portfolio management plans, with direct oversight of underwriting, sales and distribution, product management and risk consulting teams in North America.

Ana Robic, Division President, North America Personal Risk Services, commented: “With nearly three decades of insurance experience, Melissa has deep knowledge of the personal lines business.

Graham, who currently serves as the Philadelphia and Harrisburg Branch Manager, will succeed Scheffler as Regional Executive Officer for the Mid-Atlantic region.

In this role, the executive will lead local delivery of Chubb’s offerings through retail distribution partners throughout the states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Washington D.C., Virginia and West Virginia.
